How Returns Work
Initiate Return
Go to My Orders -> Select order -> Click "Return / Exchange". Choose your reason and preferred resolution.
Schedule Pickup
We will schedule a free pickup within 24-48 hours for orders above 499. For smaller orders, drop-off at nearest courier point.
Item Inspection
Once we receive the item, our team inspects it within 2-3 business days to ensure it meets return conditions.
Refund / Exchange
Refund is initiated to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Exchanges are dispatched upon quality check approval.
