1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Kidzvy, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Account Registration
You must be 18 years or older to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
3. Product Information
We make every effort to display accurate product information, pricing, and availability. However, we reserve the right to correct errors and update information without prior notice.
4. Pricing & Payments
All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of GST where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payment must be made in full before order processing.
5. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of placement or before shipment. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on Kidzvy — including logos, product images, text, and design — is the property of Kidzvy and protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
Kidzvy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or platform. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
